Main profile profile for Suhaskarkute

Scientist
Areas of Interest:

My research work is aimed at understanding the response of vegetable crops, particularly tomato against abiotic stresses. We are using various molecular biology and biotechnology techniques like expression profiling, transgenics and genome editing to identify stress responsive genes and their further functional validation. In addition, I am working on bioactive compounds of plants to understand their potential medicinal properties by using bioinformatics tools.
